Hi NavyMe,

I have this one on my book shelf but have not read it. I did read "A New Earth". Well, not only did I read but I participated in a webinar with Oprah, Eckhart and millions of others as we went through each chapter together week by week. It was really cool stuff.

I think that if we can influence feeling bad (which I can do), then we can influence feeling good, right?

Did you know that he sat on a park bench for two years in a state of complete joy? I saw him live and IDK, didn't really get the sense that he was that stable. Although he was terrific on Oprah but that was a couple of years ago.
