Help with posting photos

Does anyone know how to alter the size of photos from photobucket so they are neither thumbnails and too small to see, nor the great big gigantic slide show shots that take up the whole screen?

I know I could paste a link directly to photobucket, but I'd like to post specific photos so they can be seen on the forum itself.

Any help gratefully received by this techy twerp
