Say Anything - Psychology Today

I know this article is a few years old, but I am finding myself with a case of "keeping things in" and found this article to be helpful. Maybe someone else will too!

Good reminder reading the article, especially for someone like me (silent type) and for my first session back next week after a 2 week break !
Let's just put it this way. Last night I "vented" into my journal in the form of close to 4,000 words. I am now editing it down to a very straightforward letter stating things I would never be able to speak. Handing it to T tomorrow... we'll see how it goes...
