Last night I was sitting up crying in to all hours of the morning.. just a big thing I'm going through.

I had to stop myself from the bad place, so I turned up some music loud and found this place:

And it made me cry in some cases for different reasons, but truly helped. Even if for a little bit... to titrate the pain, move the tears elsewhere... so that I can deal with them later today in session again.
