I just looked at the results and thougth wow everyonesaid the same as me. Then I looked more carefully and saw I was the first to answer!! 
LOL, starlight. The ones where I answered neither were actually more "both." There are a lot of these where I have a "disorganized" response to it. Gee, wonder why, lol.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. The worst is when you're in a public restroom and can barely get any TP because it's a new roll and ripping as you try to tug it out the bottom. I always squee a little in hotels when they fold my toilet paper ends. I don't know why I care so much, but thank you for normalizing me ;D

My four-year-old already notices--and complains--if someone has put the tp roll under rather than over. I have not trained her to do this. She learned to find it annoying, frustrating, and upsetting all on her own. Luckily, it happens only when a guest has tried to to replace the roll.
Ive learned in my total chaos filled house I cant complain if its under; I'm just glad its there. How many times have I called every family member's name from the loo,if they forgot to put a roll out. Ohhh I totally forgot we had company of "somebody & nobody" over to the house recently. Guess it was them.

We all know that's when "anybody" came for a play date. Seems to disappear awfully fast too
OK, I voted for under. I know, I know, I am TP weird. My mom always put it that way so it would lay against the wall and not fall into the toilet. The holder was right next to the toilet. If I am at someone else's house I check how they have it on the roll and if I have to replace it, I do it the way they prefer. I can be TP flexible. Bring it on, I can take it.
