Can you go on a chat or something more immediate than a forum? I am very sorry if that sounded rude or dismissive, I meant: I am not sure the answer provided in a forum can be as effective as on a chat or a real person, do you know if there is a helpline in your country ?

((((MDB)))) what all of these wonderful people have suggested is what i would suggest. please get in contact with somebody that can be with you in real-time while experiencing these feelings. it's so very important, and we care about you. do you understand? people aren't always here at psych cafe, but there is always somebody somewhere hoping you will call. please call. and let us know how you are doing. thank you to everyone that posted. I was hospitalized at a mental institution I am familiar with. I have been feeling better lately. I still am very sad, but i had a lot of time to think things through and work on myself. thank you alll very much though. really.
