I totally feel for you… I went through that a couple weeks ago when my T related to me for the first time EVER (I was talking about making mistakes in my job and forgiving myself, he said it’s the same for him, he makes mistakes in his job too) and I OBSESSED about it for the whole next week… But then after T and I talked about it the obsessive thoughts went away immediately. So I think the only advice I have is that it will pass.

UV - I'm sorry. That's tough. I was feeling pretty set free by sending a vulnerable email. Feeling not stressed at all about seeing him Tuesday. Then he texted me unexpectedly to change appointment to Monday night and now I'm freaking out, feeling desperate to see him and anxious/scared at the same time. Frowner

I hope you are able to talk with T about how he is making you feel. I agree it might alleviate some of the pressure.

I am sorry you are feeling this way. Frowner I think all of us can relate on some level to thoughts of our Ts taking up more space in our heads than we would like. Some days I find myself completely lost in thoughts of her and it can really make me feel crazy too....I understand. I hope you feel some relief soon.
