What sort of approach does your T work from?

Note: I haven’t put trauma or attachment based therapies as separate categories, because basically they don’t seem to be a specific modality, but rather a refinement/specialization of any one of a number of different approaches (eg an integrative/relational therapist could specialize in trauma therapy, or include attachment theory in his/her approach, but their modality would still be integrative/relational…) However, if it's the trauma or attachment aspect of T's approach that you chose them for in the first place, it would be good if you could post that (only if you want to, of course!)

(This is the first time I’ve tried doing a Poll so hopefully it will come out alright.)

I’ve often wondered what type of T people here have, it’s not always apparent in the threads, so out of curiousity I’m doing a poll to see how the numbers stack up.

Any further comments about how your T works would be great too Smiler

Thanks

LL
