Reply to "feeling anxious"

When I am feeling anxious I look at my life and see if there is anything that might be contributing to my anxiety like have I prolonged something that needs to be taken care of have I been doing good self care like exercise, have I been inviting healthy relationships into my life. I used to wake up and hate life and not want to leave the house I had just moved to a new city and now realize I was taking the wrong medication an antidepressant believe it or not caused my anxiety to be worse. with time and self esteem work I got threw it. all my life I didn't know what was acceptable behaviour there fore accepted unacceptable ones.... Ah man I don't envy where you are at. Right now I am going threw different medications and well the roller coaster continues. I find this site helps to know other people go threw the same issues...life skills and counceling I also found benifital to learn what was "healthy" life stuff and what wasn't. And to remember to take life one day at a time.
